Input Trigger

This is an analyzer sequence parameter which specifies the type of trigger input which will cause the test set to start the acquisition.

Double-clicking in the Input Trigger field opens a dropdown list of the choices:

• IMMediate (equivalent to Free Run); the acquisition is triggered immediately.
• EXTernal1; the acquisition is triggered from the TRIGGER 1 IN port at the rear of the test set.
• EXTernal2; the acquisition is triggered from the TRIGGER 2 IN port at the rear of the test set.
• VIDeo; the acquisition is triggered when the IF envelope derived from the signal at the RF input reaches the level defined by the Input Trigger Level parmeter.
• INTernal; the acquisition is triggered from the test set’s source.
